Top picture is the dungeon at Skipton Castle, Skipton, North Yorkshire. Susanne (Mom) used to love to take visitors to the castle and while you were in the dungeon the guide would turn the lights out to give the guests a “feel” of what it would have been like to be an inmate 😁
