These are photos taken, I think, in 1976 at the time of the Gold Discovery Days in Custer, SDak. Paul and Helen owned the General Custer Motor Hotel in town and were dressed up for the parade.

No problem – I’ll be going through a lot of other slides as well. Converting 35mm slides to jpeg is really easy . . . I use the “Wolverine F2D Mighty Film to Digital Converter.” It’s easy and effective. Time to throw out the old 35mm slides and preserve everything in digital format. ~ CC

I have great memories visiting the General Custer when I was younger, the pot belly stove is in my family room and fondly reminds me of Gig, Paul, and Frosty who put on so many great dog trick shows with Gig in the lobby!
